Section 33.028 - Process and Orders(a) Process issued under this chapter is valid anywhere in the state.(b) A peace officer, an employee of the commission, or any other person whom the commission, a special master, or a special court of review designates may serve process or execute a lawful order of the commission, the special master, or the special court of review.Tex.
