Section 305.202 - Sureties for Certain Bonds(a) If the amount of a bond exceeds $50,000, the court may require that the bond be signed by:(1) at least two authorized corporate sureties; or(2) one authorized corporate surety and at least two good and sufficient personal sureties.(b) The estate shall pay the cost of a bond with corporate sureties.Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680, Sec. 1, eff. 1/1/2014.
