Section 87.1221 - Disposition of Ballot Transmittal Form(a) The presiding judge of the early voting ballot board shall enter on the ballot transmittal form the following information: (1) the number of personal appearance ballots received;(2) the number of mail ballots received;(3) the number of mail ballots accepted;(4) the number of mail ballots rejected; and(5) the number of ballots counted or delivered to the central counting station, as applicable.(b) A board member shall deliver the transmittal form to the general custodian of election records to be preserved for the period for preserving the precinct election records.Tex.
