Section 254.201 - Annual Report of Unexpended Contributions(a) This section applies to:(1) a former officeholder who has unexpended political contributions after filing the last report required to be filed by Subchapter D; or(2) a person who was an unsuccessful candidate who has unexpended political contributions after filing the last report required to be filed by Subchapter C.(b) A person covered by this section shall file an annual report for each year in which the person retains unexpended contributions.Tex.
