Section 54.616 - Program and Facility Accessibility(a) The board shall comply with federal and state laws related to program and facility accessibility.(b) The board shall prepare and maintain a written plan that describes how a person who does not speak English can be provided reasonable access to the board's programs and services.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1032, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/1995.
