Section 12.108 - Tuition and Fees Restricted(a) An open-enrollment charter school may not charge tuition to an eligible student who applies under Section 12.117.(b) The governing body of an open-enrollment charter school may require a student to pay any fee that the board of trustees of a school district may charge under Section 11.158(a).
