Section 13A.255 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Credit Card Or Debit Card Abuse

An offense under Section 32.31, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1) the offense was committed; or

(2) any person whose credit card or debit card was unlawfully possessed or used resides. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.291.)
