Section 13A.151 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Trafficking Of Persons, False Imprisonment, Kidnapping, And Smuggling Of Persons

Trafficking of persons, false imprisonment, kidnapping, or smuggling of persons may be prosecuted in any county:

(1) in which the offense was committed; or

(2) through, into, or out of which the victim may have been taken. (Code Crim. Proc., Art. 13.12.)
