Section 167.144 - Refusal to Permit Search(a) A person commits an offense if the person refuses to permit a person to whom a search warrant is issued under Section 167.102 of this code, that person's assistant, or a peace officer, to enter the property described in the warrant or to perform a duty under this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.(c) A person commits a separate offense for each day of refusal.Tex.
