Section 131.005 - Annual Reports(a) The chief apiary inspector shall make an annual report to the director giving a detailed account of inspection activities, receipt and use of funds, and compliance actions brought under this chapter.(b) Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1083, Sec. 25(4), eff.
