Section 63-9-102 - Meetings and records of board(a) The board shall meet at the call of the president and at such other times and places as a majority of the board may appoint.(b) Four (4) members of the board shall constitute a quorum, but no certificates of fitness to practice osteopathic medicine shall be granted on an affirmative vote of less than three (3).(c) The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applicants for certificates of fitness, giving the name and location of the institution granting the applicant the degree of doctor of or diploma in osteopathic medicine, the date of the applicant's diploma and also stating whether the applicant was rejected or a certificate granted.
