Section 62-4-107 - Record of board proceedings - Publication of laws and rules(a) The board shall keep a record of its proceedings. The record shall be prima facie evidence of matters contained in the records and shall at all reasonable times be open for public inspection.(b) The board shall publish a compilation of its laws, rules, and any amendments or other changes to the laws and rules on its website within ten (10) days of any effective date.Amended by 2015 Tenn.
