Section 54-10-206 - Appeals from action of jury of view(a) Any person aggrieved by the action of the jury of view may appeal to the court of general sessions, and from there to the circuit and appellate courts.(b) In case of an appeal, the jury of view shall forward all the papers in the case, with its action on the case, to the court of general sessions to which appeal was made.Acts 1891, ch. 1, § 14; Shan., § 1625; mod.
