Section 5-14-115 - Application to schools(a) This part shall not apply to county school funds for any purpose, the county board of education and the county director of schools, unless approved by the commissioner of education.(b) Upon request by a majority vote of the local board of education and with the approval of the commissioner of education, applicability of this part as it applies to county school funds shall cease to be effective.Acts 1957, ch. 312, § 14a; T.C.A., § 5-1415; Acts 1982, ch. 809, § 1.
