Section 60-14-1 - Definition of terms Terms used in this chapter mean:
(1) "Applicant," any person seeking employment as a nanny;(2) "Employer," any person seeking to employ or employing a nanny;(3) "Nanny," any person who provides child care and sometimes light housekeeping in the home of the child;(4) "Nanny agency," or "agency," any person or firm who for a fee undertakes to bring potential nannies and employers together for the purpose of entering into an employment contract.
