Section 36-33-71 - Standards and procedures-Promulgation of rules
The board may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to:
(1) Set standards for professional practice; and(2) Establish procedures for application, licensure, eligibility, renewals, continuing education, supervision, and the examination of an applicant for and a holder of licensure as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
