Section 87.03.082 - Directors-Oaths of office-Secretary

Each director shall take and subscribe an official oath for the faithful discharge of the duties of his or her office and the oath shall be recorded and filed with the secretary of the board of directors. The secretary shall take and subscribe a written oath of office, which shall be approved and filed as in the case of a director.
