Section 81.70.230 - Certificates-Application, issuance(1) Applications for certificates must be made to the commission in writing, verified under oath, and shall be in a form and contain information as the commission by regulation may require. Every application must be accompanied by a fee as the commission may prescribe by rule.(2) A certificate must be issued to any applicant who establishes proof of safety fitness and insurance coverage under this chapter.
