Section 77.65.120 - Sale or delivery of fish or shellfish by fishery license holder and alternate operators-Conditions-License with a limited fish seller endorsement
(1) Only the fishery license holder and any alternate operators designated on the license may sell or deliver fish or shellfish under a commercial fishery license or delivery license. A commercial fishery license or delivery license authorizes no taking or delivery of fish or shellfish unless the license holder or an alternate operator designated on the license is present or aboard the vessel.
(2) Only the fishery license holder and any alternate operator designated on a license with a limited fish seller endorsement under RCW 77.65.510 may sell the licensee's commercially harvested catch directly to consumers at retail.
