Section 70.128.110 - Prohibition against recommending unlicensed home-Report and investigation of unlicensed home(1) No public agency contractor or employee shall place, refer, or recommend placement of a person into an adult family home that is operating without a license.(2) Any public agency contractor or employee who knows that an adult family home is operating without a license shall report the name and address of the home to the department. The department shall investigate any report filed under this section.
