Section 1932 - License required(a) Dealer.--A dealer in precious metals shall obtain a license from the sheriff of each and every county in which the dealer purchases precious metals.(b) Application form.--The application for such license shall be on a form as prescribed in regulations promulgated by the Attorney General.(c) License fee.--The license fee shall not exceed $50 per year as set by the Attorney General. Such fee shall be paid into the treasury of the county where the license is issued for the use of the county.(d) Duration of license.--The license shall be for one year.(e) Application to be public record.--Such license application shall be a public record available to the general public for inspection.1984, Feb. 24, P.L. 92, No. 17, § 2, imd. effective.
