Section 1649.504 - Standards(a) Consumer energy conservation projects.--The department shall develop and publish performance standards for consumer energy conservation projects. In order to be eligible for a loan, grant, reimbursement or rebate under this chapter, the project must comply with the appropriate standard.(b) Publication.--The information required under subsection (a) shall be posted and maintained on the department's Internet website. 2008, July 9, P.L. 1873, No. 1 (Spec.
