Section 3838.6 - ExpirationA public fund shall have no obligations under this act with respect to foreign companies which are domiciled in or organized under the laws of Russia or Belarus, the government of Russia or the government of Belarus upon the occurrence of any of the following:
(1) Except for sanctioned Russian companies and sanctioned Belarusian companies, the company is no longer a foreign company which is domiciled in or organized under the laws of Russia or Belarus.(2) The President or Congress of the United States, through executive order or legislation, declares that mandatory divestment of the type provided for in this act interferes with the conduct of United States foreign policy.Added by P.L.
