Section 4081 - All accounts, vouchers, etc., to be filed with auditor general; copies to be admitted as evidence in all courts in the state

All accounts and vouchers, and other papers appurtenant thereto, shall be filed in the office of the auditor general, copies of which, or of books, or any other documents in said office, under the hand and seal of the auditor general, shall be admitted to be read in evidence in all courts of law and elsewhere, in this commonwealth.
