Section 1772-A.1 - Appropriations(a) Additional appropriations.--In addition to an appropriation under 27 Pa.C.S. § 6104(c) and (d) (relating to fund), the General Assembly may appropriate money from the fund to the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.(b)Priority.--Money appropriated from the fund by the General Assembly under a General Appropriation Act or other appropriation act shall be distributed prior to allocations under 27 Pa.C.S. § 6104(d).
