Section 1709.306 - Regulations(a) Authorization.--The Department of Community and Economic Development, the Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency shall have the power and duty to promulgate regulations to administer the respective functions transferred to each under this chapter.(b) Continuation.--The regulations of the Department of Community Affairs for the administration of the functions transferred under this chapter shall remain in effect until such time as new regulations are promulgated under subsection (a). However, the eligibility requirements for funding within any program subject to review under this section shall not be changed, amended or altered in any way. 1996, June 27, P.L. 403, No. 58, § 306, imd. effective.
