Section 67.3104 - Effective date
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following provisions shall take effect immediately:(i) Sections 101, 102 and 1310. (ii) This section.(2) Chapters 15 and 17 and sections 3102(1)(i) and 3102(2)(i) shall take effect July 1, 2008.(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect January 1, 2009.
