Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect section 30 of the act of September 29, 1961 (P.L. 1745, No. 708), known as "The Auctioneers' License Act," or section 907 of theact of October 15, 1975 (P.L. 390, No. 111) , known as the "Health Care Services Malpractice Act" or to deny the State Board of Medical Education and Licensure the full use of all fees, charges, and fines it collects.
