Section 510 - Repayment; support by relatives

Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, no repayment shall be required of any State blind pension for which a blind person was eligible; and, with respect to the determination of eligibility for State blind pension, no relative shall be required to make any monetary or any other payments or contributions for the support or maintenance of the blind person.
