Board of Commissioners of Navigation for the river Delaware and its navigable tributaries shall have jurisdiction, and are hereby required to enforce the provisions of an act, approved the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen (Pamphlet Laws, four hundred thirty-nine), entitled "An act regulating the operation of motor-boats, and providing a penalty," so far as relates to the waters under the control of said Board of Commissioners; and in the enforcement of said act any employe or employes of the board authorized by resolution of the board shall have and possess the powers of police officers and constables: Provided, That the enforcement of such regulation shall not extend to impair, or in any way infringe on, the mutual arrangements entered into by this State and the State of New Jersey.
