Section 16361 - Accounts of building inspectors

In settlement of their accounts the said inspectors shall file in the court of common pleas of said city, on the first day of June annually hereafter, a full statement of their receipts and expenditures, which account shall be audited by said court, and on their order the balance, if any, found to be in the hands of said inspectors, shall be by them paid into the city treasury for the use of the said city; and all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.
