The rights, powers and privileges granted to authorities by this act shall be in addition to and not in limitation of those granted by the Municipality Authorities Act of one thousand nine hundred forty-five, or any other law, and shall be construed to enlarge and not to reduce or limit the rights, powers and privileges of authorities.
