Section 690-505 - Criminal penalties(a) Prohibition.--A person commits a felony of the second degree if all of the following apply:(1) The person: (i) violates this act, a regulation under this act or any approval, standard or order under this act;(ii) submits false information to the department; or(iii) fails to notify the department as required by this act.(2) The action or inaction under paragraph (1):(i) either results in the death of or substantial bodily injury to an individual; or(ii) creates a condition that poses a substantial likelihood of causing death or substantial bodily injury to an individual.2008, July 7, P.L. 654, No. 55, §505, effective in 180 days [ 1/5/2009].
