Section 4202 - State facilities(a) The department shall operate all State facilities and shall assign such functions to each as the secretary shall prescribe.(b) The department is hereby authorized to establish, extend, operate and maintain additional facilities and provide mental health and intellectual disability services therein. The department may also lease or otherwise acquire, through the Department of Property and Supplies, other additional facilities.1966, Special Sess. No. 3, Oct. 20, P.L. 96, art.
