Section 2-214 - Prohibitions(a) The board may not make a contract or otherwise do business with a corporation, vendor or service contractor that has not complied with the regulatory and statutory requirements of any other administrative agency.(b) The board may not make a contract or otherwise do business with a transportation carrier for hire of liquor, wine or malt or brewed beverages which (carrier) has not obtained the proper permits from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission under 66 Pa.C.S.
