Section 20004 - Delayed Effective Dates(a) Repeals contained in this act which make reference to this subsection shall take effect one year after the general effective date of this act.(b) Repeals contained in this act which make reference to this subsection shall take effect two years after the general effective date of this act.(c) As used in section 2 of this act the term "immediately" means on the general effective date of this act and not the date of enactment of this act.1978, April 28, P.L. 202, No. 53, §4, effective 6/27/1978.
