(a) Within six months after the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall issue regulations setting forth those transactions which shall require the payment of fees by a provider and the fees which shall be charged.(b) The commissioner may be reimbursed for any expenses it reasonably incurs itself, or by its agents, in pursuing its investigative and rehabilitation activities under this act.1984, June 18, P.L. 391, No. 82, § 23, effective in 6 months.
