Section 3215 - Right to organization(a) Residents living in a facility holding a valid certificate of authority under this act shall have the right of self-organization.(b) The board of directors, a designated representative or other such governing body of a continuing-care facility shall hold quarterly meetings with the residents of the continuing-care facility for the purpose of free discussion of subjects which may include income, expenditures and financial matters as they apply to the facility and proposed changes in policies, programs and services. Residents shall be entitled to at least seven days' notice of each quarterly meeting.1984, June 18, P.L. 391, No. 82, § 15, effective in 6 months.
