Section 310.7 - Issuance and term of licenseAn insurance producer license issued by the department shall be:
(1) Issued only in the name of the applicant or business entity. If a licensee is doing business under a fictitious name other than the name appearing on the producer license, the licensee is required to notify the commissioner in writing prior to use of the fictitious name.(2) Issued in paper or electronic form.(4) Issued in one or more lines of authority.(5) Issued for a period not to exceed two years.1921, May 17, P.L. 789, art.
