Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Williamsport, and running over route eighteen to Muncy, thence by way of Hughesville and Mawrglen to a point on the dividing line between Lycoming and Sullivan counties, thence by way of Sonestown to Nordmont, and thence over route sixteen into Laporte, Sullivan County.
