Commencing at a point on Brown Avenue in the Borough of Turtle Creek, Allegheny County, on the boundary line between the borough of Turtle Creek and Wilkins Township; thence in a northwesterly direction, by way of Beulah road, paralleling Saw Mill Run, to State highway route number one hundred and eighty-seven at or near the Beulah Presbyterian Church.
