Beginning at a point near Lindsey bridge in Punxsutawney Borough on State Highway Route Number Sixty-three, Jefferson County; thence through Young Township to a point on State Highway Route Number Sixty-three near the Earl North farm--a distance of approximately one and one-fourth miles.
