A certain section of public road commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Wilkes-Barre, thence over route number four by way of Kingston, Edwardsville, Larksville, and Plymouth, to West Nanticoke, thence by way Casetown and Loysville to a point on route number one hundred and seventy-seven known as Durham School House, thence over route number one hundred and seventy-seven to Laporte.
