Commencing at a point to the boundary line of the city of Erie, and extending over route eighty-six to Girard; thence by way of Platea, Cranesville, Wellsburg, and Albion, thence over route eighty-five to Conneautville; thence to Conneaut Lake; thence over route eighty-two into Mercer, Mercer County.
