Commencing in Laporte, and running by way of Forksville, Estella, Lincoln Falls, to mouth of Elk Creek and Hillsgrove, to a point on the dividing line between Sullivan and Lycoming counties, thence by way of Barbour and Loyalsock to Montoursville, thence over route eighteen to a point on the boundary line of the city of Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
