Beginning at a point on the boundary line of the city of Erie, and running over the Ridge Road, by way of Swanville, to Fairview; thence by way of Franklin Corners and Lavery to a point on the dividing line between Erie and Crawford counties, thence by way of Crossingville to Hayfield, thence over route eighty-five to a point on the boundary line of the city of Meadville, Crawford County.
