Commencing at a point on the boundary line of the city of Franklin, and running over route sixty-five to East Sandy; thence over route seventy-five to Mariaville; thence to a point on the dividing line between Venango and Clarion counties; thence by way of St. Petersburg and Foxburg to a point on the dividing line between Clarion and Armstrong counties; thence by way of Parkers Landing to a point on the dividing line between Armstrong and Butler counties; thence by way of Bruin, Petrolia, and Karns City to a point on the dividing line between Butler and Armstrong counties; thence by way of Adams and Cowansville into Kittanning, Armstrong County.
