Commencing in Bloomsburg and running over route sixteen to Stillwater; thence by way of Rohrsburg, Millville, and Jerseytown to a point on the dividing line between Columbia and Montour counties; thence by way of White Hall and Exchange to a point on the dividing line between Montour and Northumberland counties; thence to Turbotville; thence over route two hundred and forth to Allenwood; thence over routes one hundred and seventy-six and twenty-three to a point one the boundary line of the city of Lock Haven, Clinton County.
