Commencing in Hollidaysburg, and running over route fifty-five to Altoona, thence by was of Buck Horn to a point on the dividing line between Blair and Cambria counties, thence by way of Ashville, Chest Springs, Patton, and Hastings to a point on the dividing line between Cambria and Clearfield counties, thence by way of Westover and Newberg to Mahaffey, thence over route sixty-two into Clearfield, Clearfield County.
