Commencing in Pottsville, and running over route one hundred and sixty-two to or near Tamaqua, thence by way of McAdoo to a point on the dividing line between Schuylkill and Luzerne counties, thence to Hazleton, thence over route one hundred and seventy to a point on the boundary line of the city of Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County.
